📦 What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?

Most items in our shop are eligible, including:

  • Premade Slimes: Beaded Slime, Bingsu Slime, Butter Slime, Clear Base Slime, Cloud Slime, Jelly Slime, Snow Fizz Slime, Thick & Glossy Slime, Seasonal Slimes.
  • Slime Kits: Premade Slime Kits.
  • Slime Supplies: Slime Bingsu Beads, Slime Charms, Slime Fimo Slices, Slime Foam Chunks, Slime Pom-Poms, Slime Sprinkles, Other Slime Supplies.

⚠️ Important Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, ALL slimes (both premade and from kits) that have been opened, activated, or played with cannot be returned or exchanged. Think of it like opening a tub of glitter—once it’s out, it’s a party! We can only accept returns on unopened, sealed slime products. All slime supplies (charms, beads, etc.) must be unused and in original packaging.

🔁 Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us Within 15 Days: Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Use the template below to make it super easy!
  2. Wait for Approval & Instructions: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without this RMA number.
  3. Package & Ship: Securely pack the unused, unopened item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include the RMA number inside the package. Ship to our HQ:

  4. Notify Us & Track: Once shipped, email us the tracking info. We recommend using a trackable service (like DHL, FedEx, or EMS) for your protection.
  5. We Process & Complete: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund. We’ll send you a confirmation email—as responsive as a perfectly activated slime!

💸 Refunds & Credits

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow 5-10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear in your account. Transaction fees from payment partners are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees (like the $12.95 for Standard Shipping) are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the new item to you via our standard methods (DHL/FedEx or free EMS over $50).

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately! We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund and cover return shipping—no stress.

🌍 International Returns (Our Global Slime Squad!)

Since we ship globally (except Asia and a few remote areas), international returns are accepted. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable, affordable service like EMS. Refunds will still be issued to your original payment method in your local currency, subject to exchange rates.
