After you place your order, our slime artisans need 1-2 business days to carefully prepare and pack your items with lots of love and attention.

✅ Eligible for Return/Exchange:

Most items in our shop are eligible if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging:

  • Premade Slimes: Beaded Slime, Bingsu Slime, Butter Slime, Clear Base Slime, Cloud Slime, Jelly Slime, Snow Fizz Slime, Thick & Glossy Slime, Seasonal Slimes.
  • Slime Kits: Premade Slime Kits (unopened).
  • Slime Supplies: Slime Bingsu Beads, Slime Charms, Slime Fimo Slices, Slime Foam Chunks, Slime Pom-Poms, Slime Sprinkles, Other Slime Supplies (must be unused).

⚠️ Important Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened or used:

  • ALL Slimes (Premade & from Kits): If the slime has been opened, activated, or played with, it cannot be returned. Think of it like opening a tub of glitter—once it’s out, the fun (and the party) has begun! We can only accept returns on unopened, sealed slime products.
  • Used Supplies: All slime supplies (charms, beads, sprinkles, etc.) must be unused and in their original packaging.

📝 Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us Within 15 Days
    Email our super-friendly support squad at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Use our template below to make it easy-peasy!
  2. Wait for Approval & Instructions
    We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without this RMA number.
  3. Package & Ship
    Securely pack the unused, unopened item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include the RMA number inside the package.
  4. Ship to Our HQ

💸 Refunds, Credits & Other Important Info

Refund Method & Timing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow 5-10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that transaction fees from our payment partners are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees (like the $12.95 for Standard Shipping) are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the new item to you via our standard methods.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

🌍 For Our Global Slime Squad (International Returns)

We welcome international returns! However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable and affordable service like EMS. Refunds will still be issued to your original payment method in your local currency, subject to exchange rates.
