• DIY Kits & Supplies: Premade Slime Kits, Slime Charms, Slime Bingsu Beads, Slime Fimo Slices, Slime Foam Chunks, Slime Pom-Poms, Slime Sprinkles, and other creative additives.

Key Product Notes:

• Handmade Nature: Slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur, adding to the unique charm of each item.
• Sensory & Creative Use: Products are designed for sensory play, stress relief, and creative crafting.
• Safety & Hygiene: Once a slime product is opened or any supply is used, it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (see Returns).

Service Area

We ship globally, except to Asia and certain remote locations due to carrier limitations. You are responsible for checking if your country/region is eligible for delivery before ordering.

💰 4. Orders & Payment Terms

Placing an Order

When you place an order, it is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Pricing & Taxes

Prices are listed in USD. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by your country, which are not included in the product or shipping price.

Accepted Payment Methods

Order Processing & Shipping

• Processing Time: 1-2 business days for our artisans to prepare your order.
• Shipping Options:
  1. Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery 10-15 business days after shipping.
  2. Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Via EMS. Estimated delivery 15-25 business days after shipping.
• Delivery Estimates are not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen events. We recommend choosing a trackable service.

🔁 5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our full Shipping & Returns policy is part of these Terms. Key points:

• Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Eligibility: Only unopened, unused, and originally packaged items. All opened/used slimes and supplies are FINAL SALE for hygiene and safety.
• Process: You must contact us at [email protected] for an RMA number before returning anything.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the return. Original shipping fees and payment partner transaction fees are non-refundable.
• International Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Use a trackable service like EMS.
• Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately! We’ll fix it at no cost to you.
